Terms and Conditions for one-day Hangouts
Refunds, Cancellations and Rescheduling
1. To qualify for a refund, the Customer has to cancel at least 48 hours before the time of the hangout.
2. To qualify for rescheduling, the customer would have to cancel at least 24 hours before the time of the hangout.
3. You cannot cancel within 24 hours to the time of the hangout.
4. You cannot reschedule within 24 hours to the time of the hangout.
5. You can only reschedule for a maximum of 3 times. Remember to always give us at least a 24-hour notice before the time of the event for your rescheduling to be effective.
6. After the 3rd rescheduling, you can no longer reschedule nor qualify for a refund.
7. All payments must be used within a 3-month window (remember to always give us at least a 24-hour notice for rescheduling) after which the payment will be forfeited.
8. Payments made for one hangout can be transferred to be used as full or part payment for another hangout. If the initial payment made is lesser than the price of the new hangout, then the customer would have to add the difference.
9. You can transfer your slots to someone else if for any reason you can no longer make a hangout or daycation. Kindly inform us of this change before the person arrives the venue.
10. A 10% processing fee will be charged on all refunds that were no fault of ours.
We try to make preparations for hangouts and tours well ahead of time to prevent last minute rushes and to ensure our customers get the best experience, so we encourage you to inform us of any changes in your plans at least 24-48 hours ahead so we can adjust accordingly and possibly find a replacement for your spot.
Lateness: we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may warrant lateness, however we encourage customers to come early especially for events that we are providing transportation for. For most events you can always join us at the venue whenever you arrive, however for those that we will be providing transportation for, we will be sticking to the time communicated to everyone except where stated otherwise.
For events such as Kayak Hangout, Nature Hangout, Upbeat Hangout, Food Hangout, etc, you will have to join us whenever you arrive. We will not be offering any refunds due to lateness.
Note: these T&Cs apply only to one-day hangouts such as Kayaking, Paintballing, LCC hangouts etc, it does not apply to Tours or other hangouts and events exceeding a 1-day duration. Thank you.
Terms and Conditions for trips and staycations that exceed a one-day duration.
Refunds, Cancellations and Rescheduling
1. To qualify for rescheduling, a full or partial refund, the Customer has to cancel at least 2 weeks before the date of the trip (for trips that does not involve air travel) and 4 weeks before the date of the trip (for trips that involve air travel)
2. Note that if your flight has already been booked, you can no longer receive a refund for the flight fare. Also if your accommodation has already been booked, you will only receive a refund for it if the facility has a refund policy or if we are able to get a replacement for you.
3. A 10% processing fee will be charged on all refunds.
4. Payments made for a trip can be transferred to be used as full or part payment for another trip or hangout. If the initial payment made is lesser than the price of the new trip or hangout, then the customer would have to add the difference. Also refer to number 1 above for the timelines for rescheduling and refunds.
5. You can transfer your slots to someone else if for any reason you can no longer make a trip. Kindly inform us of this change at least a week before so we can advise on the feasibility depending on the uniqueness of the trip in question. Also note that names on flights tickets already booked cannot be changed as most tickets are non-transferable.

Lateness: we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may warrant lateness, however we encourage customers to be punctual especially for flights and trips we are providing transportation for, as we will be sticking to the time communicated to everyone except where stated otherwise. We will also not be responsible for cases where individuals misses the bus or flight due to lateness.
